The experience description puts the whole game in one example: name an animal, then name one nobody else would think of. Rarer answers earn more points and dive deeper. The First Dive badge repeats that rule: the rarer the answer, the deeper you go.
What a round is asking for
- Join a server. The public listing caps a server at 24 players.
- Wait for a prompt. The published example is an open category, "Name an animal," not a trivia question with one official answer.
- Submit an answer that fits the prompt and that the rest of the lobby is unlikely to type.
- A rarer valid answer is what the description ties to points and to diving deeper.
The listing does not publish the timer length, the exact score numbers, or the button names. Do not treat a missing number as zero.
What "dive deeper" means in the badges
Three public badges describe the depth track:
- Welcome! is for joining. Its text tells you to find an answer nobody else would say.
- First Dive is for finishing your first dive.
- Kraken! is for an answer rare enough to reach the Kraken, which the badge calls the deepest tier of all.
Those names are the published milestones. They are not a promise that every rare answer reaches Kraken on the first try. Award totals on October 13, 2026 were much higher for Welcome! (307,581) than for Kraken! (44,083).
Two other modes the badges name
The badge list is not only the dive track.
- Table Champion! is earned by beating other players in a table game. The badge text does not explain the table rules.
- 7 Days in a Row! is earned by playing the Daily Dive seven days in a row. The public text does not say what a Daily Dive prompt looks like, only that the streak exists.
What this game is not
Shortest Answer Wins and Longest Answer Wins are different Roblox experiences. Their goal is letter count, not rarity, and their codes are for those games. A short word is not automatically a rare answer here, and a very long phrase is not automatically better. The answer has to be one other people in this lobby do not submit.
A shutdown can be a patch
The experience description ends with "Shutdown = Update!" Read a sudden shutdown as the developer's own note that updates arrive that way, then check the experience description again for a new like goal or a new code.
First-session checklist
- Open the official experience, not a similarly named answer game.
- If you have not used it, try the code printed on the description. See the Pearls and Styles guide for the exact string and the limits of that listing.
- Play until you see how a prompt is worded, then use the rarer-answer method before you chase Kraken.
- Check Welcome! after you join. It is the joining badge, so a missing Welcome! is a signal that the round may not have counted you as joined yet. The badge text does not say you must finish a round first.
